Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal concerns a contract that has already been concluded.
If you have merely started an ordering process but have not completed it in a binding manner, you of course do not need to withdraw from anything.
For distance contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a concluded contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Whether the order has already been paid for is irrelevant. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins upon receipt of the goods; for services, it begins when the contract is concluded.
For goods that have been made specifically according to your requirements or have been clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded. Special rules also apply to services and digital content, particularly if you expressly request that we begin our work within the withdrawal period.
